Whether we are designing logos, printing shirts, or custom painting shoes we will always strive to make it the best possible experience a customer can have.

REFUND POILICY
Big Buck Prints does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any items offered in our online shop.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Customers are responsible for choosing the color and size options made available. Every item that we carry is hand-made and will be custom for each order. Each item is unique and a one of one.

The items we carry are manufactured overseas and sold locally in the US for the convenience of our customers, it is not possible for us to return these items once painted and worn back to the manufacturers as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask you to make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once the customer finishes the order process, we will buy the sneakers of your choice from the authentic distributors. It typically takes 3-4 days for us to receive the item, 2-3 days to paint, and about 4-5 business days to ship to you. As soon as your order is cleared for shipping, we will ship them out and you will receive an email with a link to easily track your package before it arrives.

The cost of shipping is $10 to the 48 contiguous states, $15 to Hawaii and Alaska. For a limited time, we are offering a free shipping promotion for the United States. Since all orders come to us for prep and paint first orders will typically arrive within 2-3 weeks.
